"My account was put on suspension 2- 3 years ago ( I called to cancel and they talked me into suspension). There is no service and no bills to this house since. I got notice that they started charging $75.00 a month starting 11/7/2022 and that I owed $300.00. I called several times to billing. They told me I had to pay it period. I think this is unethical for a company to behave this way and charge even though there was no service. I paid it so they would not ruin my credit rating. I told them to cancel the account. I think they owe me an apology and $300.00."
