"They were very good with initial response, estimate, and install date. The quality of the install was mediocre; attention to detail, not so much. They did not worry too much about cleanup after the job, several examples of that; I have un-removable black goo on my driveway. There was supposed to be a two week follow-up visit and I was going to address some of my questions and issues then but was scheduled twice and did not occur either time, no call no show the second time. I realize this all occurred during a peak time of year. The unit does work without difficulty and we are happy to have HVAC but I will probably go with another company for service and maintenance.

I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future.
