"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"Everything was pretty good, except for one major problem. They didn't seal the window that they put the pipes through. We then found a mouse in our house. The window is about 30 inches wide, and they left a space open about 5 inches. I have a contractor here that is working on other parts of our house, and I have asked him to fix that. The prices were o.k., and they came on time. They were also going to work on our gas line as well, but then they decided they didn't want to do that and I had to hire someone else."
