My furnace quit work at 10 pm one night, gave them a call and he was here within 20 mins. They got my furnace working again and no issues since. I would recommend and hire again

Above and beyond service. Goes above and beyond to get the job done and even goes as far as to help in a pinch if he can support. Recommending to anyone that needs service not just for heat and A/C but really anyone who needs someone with knowledge skills to come in and make it right. Pricing is very reasonable as well!

Quick and painless very knowledgeable

I called fierce because my furnace stopped working. They came same day, got my heat going within a hour. They even called me back a week later to make sure all was good. I’ve referred them to a few friends and they had great experiences also. Highly recommended!!!

Unprofessional, lousy communication skills. Delays happen but we were never told until after the fact, when we called. Didn't measure correctly which caused more delays for a project estimated to be done in August but now it's almost October.

The owner was very friendly at first. When the initial work was done it looked awful. He even agreed he wasn’t happy with the work. The concrete had ripples everywhere. He told me that he could redo the work or it would be free but in the end we decided against having him redo it and asked for a partial refund which he refused. Now we have a permanently shoddy patio and are out the funds paid. I would can’t speak for any other work that he does but I would definitely NOT recommend for any kind of concrete work. I have never been so dissatisfied.
