But when we left town for a few days and left the air conditioning on for our cat, we came back to a nightmare. The heat was running at full blast and the house was well over 100°F. There was no warning, no alert?just a sealed-up house baking in extreme heat. If you care about the safety of your pets or children, I strongly recommend you do not use Apex for heating and cooling. When I called to report it, they acted like I was an inconvenience. I was told ?someone might call back,? and that was it. No urgency, no concern, no accountability. We trusted Apex with our home?s climate system. What we got was negligence and complet"
