"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"I contacted a paining company that had a good reputation. After lack luster communication it was easy to determine that this "good" company felt it was too good for my project. I contacted other paint companies and got estimates in a timely manner. All Pro was friendly to deal with. They did not promise me the moon since it was good outdoor painting season and I was informed that if there were to be a lousy weather situation I would be cared for. All Pro came to do the job earlier than they anticipated, brought a decent size crew, asked directions of me when items were ambiguous, and completed the job in a great manner. This review comes 6 months after the job was completed. The "good" company responded to a revue I had given the concerning poor communication they gave men: their response included insulting me and falsehoods. If you have the room prepped and ready to paint first thing in the morning, you may be able to paint a room in one day. Spackling, patching, and priming require time to dry before painting, so those steps will likely take you beyond the span of a workday. If you count the time it takes to prep, prime (if needed), and paint, the project will likely take a couple of days.

Painting your stairway or foyer before selling can make your home more appealing to prospective buyers. “Painting a foyer is a great way to maximize your home’s value,” says Tschudi. “Prospective buyers see fresh paint and clean and empty rooms as a palate and are more compelled to buy.”

The cost for interior painting is $1,985 on average, but the total price could be as low as $350 or as high as $5,500. Factors like the type of paint, the square footage of the painting area, and your geographic location play a part in determining the final project price.

If you choose basic flat paint, you can expect to pay about $13 per gallon. Specialty paints, like VOC-free and high-gloss enamel paint, are more expensive, costing about $35 per gallon.

If you want your paint to have a smooth finish, the technique you use is very important. Keep your brush at a 90-degree angle while applying the paint and feather as you go. Between coats, sand the wall lightly using a very high grit sand sponge of at least 220 grit.

It’s possible to paint inside when it rains, but you should keep the windows closed and have a dehumidifier in the room to maintain proper humidity under 70%. Note that keeping the windows closed means you won’t have ventilation, so double-check that you’re using a no-VOC paint for safety. Even then, it’s a better idea to wait until the rain has passed before you start painting.
