"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"I contacted a paining company that had a good reputation. After lack luster communication it was easy to determine that this "good" company felt it was too good for my project. I contacted other paint companies and got estimates in a timely manner. All Pro was friendly to deal with. They did not promise me the moon since it was good outdoor painting season and I was informed that if there were to be a lousy weather situation I would be cared for. All Pro came to do the job earlier than they anticipated, brought a decent size crew, asked directions of me when items were ambiguous, and completed the job in a great manner. This review comes 6 months after the job was completed. The "good" company responded to a revue I had given the concerning poor communication they gave men: their response included insulting me and falsehoods. An exterior paint job lasts an average of 5 to 10 years, although some might only last 2 or 3 years and others up to 20 years. How often you need to paint your home’s exterior depends on various factors. The type and quality of the paint, the application quality, the surface material, and local weather conditions all play a part in the paint’s longevity. 

You can paint concrete with paint rollers. In fact, using paint rollers is considered one of the easiest ways to evenly apply paint on concrete. A paint roller with a 1/2- to 3/4-inch-thick nap—which is basically a fabric paint roller cover—is best for painting concrete. The thicker the nap, the more paint it can hold to fill those pesky concrete cracks and crevices.

It’s best to prime composite decking before painting. This promotes better paint adhesion, helps create a smooth finish, and can mean the paint job will last longer. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for application, allow ample primer drying time before painting (typically 24 to 48 hours), and thoroughly clean the deck boards to promote the best adhesion.

Most spray paint is fully dry after 24 hours, but knowing when the spray paint is dry depends on the type of dry paint criteria. Surface dry is a surface that’s dry enough for you to apply another coat of paint. Touch dryness is a little dryer than surface dryness and will feel dry if you gently touch it, but it’s really wet underneath the initial touch. Hard dry feels fully dry but can dent or smudge upon extra pressure. Thoroughly dry paint is completely dry. 

Primer is always recommended for every exterior paint job because it ensures even coverage and long-lasting color. That said, there are high-end brands of paint that market themselves to be easily used without the need for a coat of primer beforehand. It’s up to you which one you choose (and have the budget for), just as long as you read the paint manufacturer’s specific instructions on the product before getting started.
