"I am very pleased with my new windows. I used Home Genius Exteriors to do my roof, gutter protection, and now Windows. This is an absolute amazing company, my salesman brendan was very helpful, Devan the Project Manager helped make sure everything went smoothly. "The installation was quick, with limited demo to my finished basement. I had water seeping in under my baseboards and saturating the carpet during heavy rains. The gutter system will collect all that water and divert it to my sump pit. I was thrilled with the work done, and between demoing the drywall and frame to about a foot off the floor, to jackhammering the entire perimeter, to hauling in gravel, and installing the gutter and new window well drains, to finally topping it all off with a moisture barrier and some smooth new quikcrete, it only took a couple of days, and I couple not be happier with the end results."

"The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
