"We hired Windows Direct to replace all the windows in our home. The process from start to finish was easy. The sales guy listened to our concerns and requests. He also answered any questions we had and helped us to get to the right windows for us. Once the install was scheduled the team that came out was Steve and Chris. Both were very professional, communicated as to what they were doing and cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommend Windows Direct to anyone researching window replacements."

After review of the actual damage vice photos of it, he effectively repaired the damage without having to replace the entire frame and door and returned the new door and frame to its source for my credit."

"The man showed up with a WORKSHOP in a trailer and proceeded to single-handedly remove my old windows, install the new ones, and trim them out. It took him about 9.5 hours to install 14 windows, and they are awesome."
