The selected site was in a back corner of the property and a distance from the driveway. Sean contacted me weekly to assess the wetness of the property to minimize damage from heavy equipment. He did not pick a date and force it on me. He continually checked the property and proceeded when he felt the ground could best handle the activity. He made this decision as if it were his own home/lawn. The job was completed in one, long day.
