We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. He went above and beyond (adjusted some gutters for us, as well as added a pad of concrete at the bottom of our deck stairs to ensure we were setup correctly). "They seem to do a good job - not great, but it is good. Another company offered to do it for $35 a cutting instead of $40, but Other Side Lawn does good enough for me. Sometimes they'll miss some of the edging around the fence, but it doesn't really bother me. Strangely, I've had to ask them to send me a bill a couple of times. I think they're putting the bill in the mailbox after they cut and then the mailman removes it when he delivers the mail, so I don't get the bill."
