"We hired Lucky 7 to repair and paint the exterior trim of our large 3-story house, which has a lot of trim and fairly tricky painting conditions given the height of the house and the need to use a 60ft ladder in quite a few areas. Chris and his team were extremely professional, punctual, clean and respectful on the job site, and Chris made sure to do several walkthroughs as the job progressed to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. "Brandon and his partner repaired our privacy vinyl fence and fence gate that for several years has been extremely hard to open. The vinyl fence had settled, over the years, and now had gaps where it should have been a tight privacy fence, and caused the gate to be very hard to open and close. Brandon did an excellent job removing the posts, re-cementing them into the ground, placing 4x4 wooden posts in the vinyl posts (that should have been placed when the fence was installed 9 years ago.) Our gate now opens without any difficulty, and the gaps are gone. I'm so glad we found Brandon, and look forward to calling on his company again for any future home repairs."

"I had a leak in my roof and they were able to come out and fix two walls and my ceiling. I had some sheet rock walls and they were able to completely replace them with drywall and do some painting work for me. The completed job was amazing. It looks like nothing ever happened. They projected the job to get done within a week and was able to finish the job within two days! So the job was done super quick. When they were doing their assessment of the damage, they went above and beyond what he said that he would do and even pointed out what I should look for and gave me some other helpful tips. I really appreciated him doing that because he didn't have to. I give him an A+"
