"The carpet cleaners arrived within the promised time window, they worked efficiently, and they did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They must have very good extraction on their steam cleaner because my carpets were not as wet as they were when I had them cleaned by another vendor. "We had our ducts cleaned by another company 15 years ago and thought they did a fairly decent job. We were shocked at the amount of drywall, nails and lots of dust that Productive removed. Just to let you know - it is very loud. They drill a couple of holes in the ducts and hook up a vacuum to it. The vacuum is very effective and loud. They clean all the registers and returns and sealed the holes back up. Very clean and professional. Thanks, Jake!
