"Sandy and her team at Dawes Cleaning Services are simply amazing! I hired them for what can only be described as an impossible cleaning task... my son's condo. It had gotten so bad that I would not go in there, and it was difficult to find a path to walk through. I sent Sandy a complete set of pictures of the condo's condition, and was incredibly impressed that the Dawes Cleaning Services team decided to take it on. We scheduled days when my son and I would both be out of town. Sandy kept me up do date on the progress that day, and the final tally for large black garbage bags on the curb was 20+. I was estimating that it would take two people at least two days. To their credit, they stuck with the project until it was complete. I just returned today, and was completely overwhelmed when I opened the front door. The condo has not looked this good since the day we bought it. They even washed the bedding and made the bed. The bathrooms, counters, floors, refrigerator interior, and on and on are now stunningly clean. "I reached out on Wednesday to book standard cleaning service for Friday, April 25 at 9am. I spoke with someone on Thursday morning to confirm. I was told that I would get an email confirmation with the booking info and paperwork. Not long after booking, I contacted them back to change the time to 2pm on Friday, April 25 and let them know that I had not received the email confirmation from the first time I called. I spoke with Mark. He confirmed my email again and said it would be on the way. He also confirmed that my appointment had been changed to 2pm. I called back twice regarding not receiving the email and confirmed my appointment time since I had not received anything. On Friday, April 25 in the morning, I still had not received anything and called again. I spoke with Nicole. The AI system and Nicole stated that my appointment was listed as 1pm. After a high level of frustration at this point I explained to her the entire situation and confirmed 2pm once again. My email address was still incorrect and she stated that she would change it and confirm my appointment for 2pm that day. I finally received the paperwork around 11am and signed it. At 2:15pm on Friday, April 25 I called back as I had not heard from anyone or seen anyone at my home for the service. I was told by Nicole that the person assigned was not available at 2pm. My question, why didn't anyone call me earlier to tell me so. Why was it 2:15pm and no one had called me to tell me that my work would not be done? Why was I booked on Thursday for 2pm if no one was available? The level of service at this company is deplorable!! They rely on AI and even the representatives in the office can't get a simple scheduling task completed. I wasted an entire day as I could have booked someone else that was actually available. A manager called me back (I don't remember his name) and asked if someone could come at 4pm or the next day. He said he would SEE if someone could come at that time, which means he was not sure if he would have anyone. After all of this I don't have any trust in the company that they would do the job that I needed them to do. I canceled immediately!!!!"
