He assured me they were handyman services and could repair house. When Simon came assured me it was no problem Fixed and reinforced area and also minor garage door repairs. "Greg and Jerry did an outstanding job.  They did the prep work and didn't short cut what needed to be done.  All the window and doors were caulked.  The rotten window sills were cleaned out, treated with insecticide and Bondo used to rebuild the sill and prevent any further water penetration.  We found the the spare windows that were left were not two matching pairs with hardware as expected, instead there were three left panel and one center panel with no hardware.  They were able to adapt the available panels and hardware to replace the windows and stay with the original cost estimate.  The staining work was done very professionally.  They took extra care to apply the stain, and were very careful to work around the landscaping.  Cleanup was great, they even removed paint spatter from previous times.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
