I had not idea what the company used however.....steam cleaned or upholstery cleaning? Kenn was very candid when we talked. He gave me his "opinion" and I listened.. I chose not to have the chairs (off white and fully upholstered back and seats) cleaned at all. He gave me some tips which I used after he left. He was VERY honest with me and I appreciate that. My carpeting looks brand new. I have honestly never seen this very light colored carpeting look this good since the day it was installed. Kenn is a "keeper." I will use him again and tell others about his company."
