Obviously during these times (Covid) product back logs and things being delayed are inevitable. But we were contacted and updated on everything. A little understanding goes a long way with companies doing work for you. Every person we spoke to was very professional and very nice. The hole in the ceiling for the bathroom exhaust needed patching to make it a little smaller, he took care of that and you'd never know there was once a larger hold there.
