"We had a hairline crack in our foundation coming off of one of our window wells causing our finished side of the basement to get wet. Seagate was able to repair the crack on the outside of the house while also sealing the remainder of the foundation. The salesperson was accurate in his estimate and timeline and the crew did a phenomenal job not only with the work itself but then leaving my property the way it was prior to the work. Whether or not your homeowners insurance covers EIFS stucco siding depends on the insurance company and the specifics of the policy. Some insurance companies will not cover EIFS due to its susceptibility to moisture damage, and some companies will only cover EIFS manufactured and installed after a certain date, since newer systems mitigate potential damage concerns better than older ones.
