The crew showed up at 12:30 pm and worked through until 9:30 pm. By then it was very dark which I was not able to inspect the work. The owner then said to let them know if the next day I see any issues to call and let him know, and they will come out. When I was able to go out and inspect, I noticed some of the work was not complete and called and left a voicemail. A return call was never received. After a few days went by, I called again and did not receive an answer or callback. It has been almost 3 weeks and still unfinished. I am very disappointed because Lloyd seemed like an honest businessman.
