The technicians was prompt and ready to go. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He assisted and gave me suggestions for my project and did the work I asked him to do. He was definitely a life saver helping me out with my water tank. The service I thought was going to cost a ton of money was Penny's compared to their competitors. Sump pump was put in the wrong side of the house that we agreed upon they are in no rush to help you. They only work on their time. Told me it was an inconvenience how far away I live after they took the job. I would highly highly recommend to never use Everdry and it was outrageously expensive."

"I am writing this review to inform prospective customers that Stay Dry Waterproofing Marysville is not what they portray on their website. Although Stay Dry has had good reviews from home improvement websites in the past, their current quality and customer service levels do not meet the good review comments they once received. I contracted with Stay Dry to clean up a mold problem I had in my basement and cracking problem I had on my front basement wall. I was told by the Stay Dry representative that they would dig down from the exterior of my home to the point where my exterior wall met my basement floor and would fill all cracks apparent on the exterior and interior wall. I was told this needed to be done in this manner to prevent water from seeping through the crack from the top of the wall to the bottom of the wall in the future. When the work was being completed, the Stay Dry foreman told me that they only dig down three individual cement blocks. He said they were not going to dig"
