Sump pump was put in the wrong side of the house that we agreed upon they are in no rush to help you. They only work on their time. Told me it was an inconvenience how far away I live after they took the job. I would highly highly recommend to never use Everdry and it was outrageously expensive."

They came out and said that the warranty was void because the machine was unplugged . Once i informed them we had cameras they made another excuse . That was another lie . Then when i addressed the situation the owner then yelled at me accused me of threatening him so he could justify not covering the warranty.
