"This is the second time we've had Clear Water Washing come to Miamisburg to clean our windows and screens (May 2026). We tried them last year about this same time and were not disappointed. Same goes for this year. Clear Water is a family-owned business. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. They've got this window washing stuff down to a science. We've got a ton of windows/screens, a couple patio/storm doors, plus a large sunroom with screens. Ronald/owner and his wife/Sarah arrived as scheduled about 9AM and went straight to work. He took care of the outside of the house. She took care of the inside portion. They were completely done in less than three hours. My wife is a real stickler for cleaning--and she couldn't be more pleased. Another exceptional job. We'll have them back again next year for sure. And, their prices a very reasonable to boot. Highly recommend!! (NOTE: They also do gutter cleaning, power-washing, and driveway/sidewalk cleaning.)"

When they arrived they were respectful And extremely knowledgeable. Got 2 rooms and hallway cleaned in 10-15 min and got ALL the stains out. I highly recommend this company. "I would definitely recommend Advanced the cleaning services because they are fantastic. Well worth the money which was not expensive it goes by how big your home is. But I got to see for myself the pictures of how bad my air ducts were so dirty. The owners before me never clean their air ducts, so I was breathing in all that dirt and dust, and all that stuff was nasty. After it was cleaned, he showed me the pictures of it, and I was amazed of the Difference, well worth the money definitely recommend them they were on time and the fact they were early and it was great and I am on the schedule to be done in another year because I have animals that live in the home.
