The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. "Matt did a great job with our backyard transformation project. We had 3 areas that would flood even with a small amount of rain. My backyard was so uneven that my kids could not safely run without stepping into holes due to neglect by previous owners. Matt removed a shed and gazebo and disposed of it. He was flexible with a last minute tree removal and halted the project to accommodate our schedule. We no longer have water issues, even landscape, and a great looking new lawn. Matt is very professional and a great communicator. He has followed up with us multiple times, overseeded, and fertilized. He even gave us free mulch that was unexpected.
