"Good morning. Our apologies. We have been swamped and this must've been one that fell through the cracks. It is never our intent to leave a customer hanging, but unfortunately, it happened this time. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you."
"Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate it."
"Hello. Thank you taking the time to write this review. I am glad you are happy with the final product. In construction, things don't always go perfectly, but I greatly appreciate you giving us the chance to make things right."

"Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Much appreciated. We are glad you are pleased with the roof."
"Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write this. Sorry you were not happy. I have been waiting to respond to this since we have been back out. Based on our last conversation, we were under the impression that you were going to update your response stating that we have resolved the issue. At the time, you stated that you were satisfied. Nails pops on a 3/8" plywood can be a sticky repair, becase they often re-occur after repairs have been completed."
"We appreciate the kind words. Thank you for taking the time to write an Angie's List review. Glad you are happy with the work that we performed (on the separate jobs). Thank you,"

"Thank you for the kind words. Your job definitely provided us with some unique challenges that forced us to think outside the box. I am glad that we were able to figure out the cause of the problem and we are greatly appreciative that you acknowledged the fact that we stand behind our work. Thank you for taking the time to write the review."
