I called the company and they said shut off the gas. This was April 12. The said it would be May before a tech co u l check it out. It is perfect with all cables concealed. I had others quote me around the same price (some higher), but tell me they would leave a large hole in my wall I would need to repair. Terry said absolutely not...that is not professional. He truly was the epitome of a professional, he was meticulous in his install and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.
