This was a non-emergency job and they were prompt to come out for an estimate and were able to start the work shortly after we selected them. They were thorough in their estimates, sketching a diagram of the existing lines in order to accurately estimate the cost. Other plumbers glanced at it and threw out a number. They weren't the cheapest, but weren't the most expensive either.
The guy who did the estimate was pleasant and professional and answered my questions. The young man who did the work was also professional and respectful. The work was completed in one day, and was done exactly as expected.

provide video scoping of sewer line for house purchase. 2 men had to scope from roof vent . after video scoping, they stated line looked ok, but they never provided a video tape or cd of the sewer line as evidence. I called and ask for one, and they never returned call or sent copy of video, if one even existed. So , bottom line, I have no idea if the line is good or bad.

They were wonderful! I had the fireplace converted from gas to wood burning. He showed me how everything worked and was very very nice. He got rid of the big gas fixture for me that was in the fireplace.

The workers at Gutridge were prompt and they cleaned up after themselves without any issue. They made sure the job was done and made sure I was satisfied with it. They were great.

The leaky and loose sprayer problems were fixed quickly. The Gutridge representative advised me that although the sink was in backward it was too risky to remove it since it was sealed very well to the counter top.
