The work was done by a single worker who was very good and paid attention to detail. He was fairly punctual, but some of that was not his fault. The company would sometimes change his schedule at the last minute and he could not always be at my place on time.
I was impressed by his quality of work and it looked great when it was finally finished. It took from Aug 4th to Aug 13 to complete.
My only concern was in the company's communication. We had to schedule around the weather, so several days work was cancelled because of that. But on more than one occasion I was not informed what time the worker would show up or even if he would show up that day or not. I am retired and could somewhat work around that kind of scheduling, but if I had to take time off work, this would have been a big problem. A simple phone call to let me know if and when the worker would be there would have been a big help. Great worker, communications and scheduling needs some work.
A few months later, the door that they repaired was not working properly.
They sent another person out who said that it was too cold to fix but he would call me back.
He never did.
When it was warmer and the door did not get better due to weather change, I called them again.
John who answers the phone is nice but doesn't alwaya call back when he says.
They sent another guy out finally as my closure was now broken. The other guy said that the first guy caused lots of problems and he doesn't work for them anymore. He tried to tell me that they did not put in the closure and that I should have secured the door. After a discussion, he spoke to john and agreed to warranty the work. I was no impressed with the blame he tried to place on me while admitting that the Person they sent out was not working for them anymore. I was not impressed how much work it took for me to have them warranty their work. They did warranty it in the end.
It went really well. They were responsive to my requests and the guy was always courteous, polite and tried to educate me along the way. The price and timing were really great. Everything was great.
The only thing I did not like about them is they came and pulled my carpet up, but they didn't pull the nails out of my floor which they were supposed to do, and they never did it. I'd give them above a C because the only thing I didn't like about was the nails. Otherwise, they did a good job take my carpet up. I don't want to give them really bad but, I just didn't like that they didn't take the nails on the floor. That was a good price.
I probably won't use them again, not because they're a bad company, but just because that I probably don't have a reason to use them anymore really.
