They tried to accomodate our schedule (we were moving), but ultimately the carpet didn't arrive on time (not their fault). The only concern I had was that the gentlemen that did the install were a little less than professional - they fought between themselves the whole time and it took like 3 hours to install one room of carpet. Overall the carpet looks great and I am satisfied with my purchase."
