Dan and his colleague responded with pricing and the dare they could be available. No hidden costs or surprises. They were here about 3.5 hours and worked very hard. He explained what would be done, accomplished the job, I paid the agreed upon fee. Easy, reliable and through. Will use them again.

1. The vents were not cleaned or even screwed back in. The owner offered to send someone the next day so I took time off work but no one arrived. The owner claimed that he had no idea where that person was. 2. You should be aware that in order to vacuum the ducts they cut a hole in the main ductwork from your furnace. I was not aware they were doing that. They then seal it with an Aluminum plate and tape but there is no guarantee it will not leak. All in all a not good experience.

Dan and his team cleaned the air ducts thoroughly and left the house very clean. I haven't sneezed once since they did this service - which was my main reason for hiring them in the first place. He also has solutions for on-going germ and mold eradication. In today's environment it is really good to know how healthy my house is after this service.

Quick and thorough

The biggest con is that they blew out vents but just left all the dust from the registers around the house so there was dust, bugs, and dirt on our beds, furniture, and living spaces. Paid more than I expected as well for how small my HVAC was too.

We waited for months to get new washers and dryer The pm before delivery I began to clean out the vents I broke a brush in the air duct to vent dryer. Somewhere in the middle of The ductwork. I was not going to give up. However After hours of working and crying in frustration to get it out I made a call. After months of waiting. I didnâ t want to harm the dryer. And I sure wanted to use it. Surprise YES I got a immediate return call. They came, extracted and cleaned making it look easy That is what a pro does. Not only would I recommend them, we will have them return to clean all our ductwork. You will be glad you use their services too.
