"Home Exteriors (HE) replaced the roof more than 10 years ago. I hired them to replace 6 of total 11 windows that were over 25 years old. It took from May to December 2023 to get windows manufactured by Andersen, which is a long wait time but obviously not a fault of HE. Once they arrived, HE has installed them promptly. Ronny and Gary did an excellent job in just 2 days despite a cold and wet weather. Ronny discovered that the delivered moulding was too narrow for my windows and quickly brought the right one next day without losing any time. After the installation was complete, HE sent a painter Bernie to paint the internal windows surfaces to match other trim in the house. It took him long time to complete due to his health condition but he did a great job. I just hope Bernie recovers from his illness quickly. The cost of replacement has been quite high but slightly lower than estimates from two other companies. Thanks Home Exteriors for your great job!"

I couldn't be more pleased with the 12 new windows that we had installed. I would gladly recommend them to anyone interested in a great rugged reliable and well insulated window, I think their guarantee is very good but I don't think I will have to use it. Again. "Windows are nice. The installers were not very good. The salesman told me they would remove trim and install new windows trim and window sill would be put back. The installers were going to put trim all around window no window sill. I had to make them install window sill. Trim around one window was so bad you could move with your hand. They wanted to send crew back but I did not want them back I did it myself that way I new it would be done right."
