First instaler was very good but had to wait a month for the doors. Not happy with door, they seem fragile and hang very loose. Expected much better for $10'000. Don't have a good idea what to expect because each process ie: sales, measuring, 'dispachers , instalers, is a different person and start over with questions."

The installers were going to put trim all around window no window sill. I had to make them install window sill. Trim around one window was so bad you could move with your hand. They wanted to send crew back but I did not want them back I did it myself that way I new it would be done right."
