"We bought a patio cover in 2018 from Giant Factory Direct and were very satisfied with the quality and appearance of the product. But it was destroyed when a nearby tree was uprooted in a storm and fell across the patio. Chris worked with us to have the old cover hauled away and replaced with a new one.
