Have had three different contractors come to look at it and ALL have said the reason is because when the insulation was blown into the attic they did not take the time to rake it away from the soffits. Now I'm faced with a major repair bill of $3000 to eliminate the mold. Plus, to make matters worse, my utility bill did not go down very much after having this done. Only thing I can say is that the house is more comfortable. So beware if you use this company and make sure they install the insulation into your attic correctly!"

"The quality of service was very good, but as far as the business end and their professionalism it was poor. We also never had the same technician twice, I think they had a hard time keeping employees. They use an 800 number call center and we sometimes had a difficult time getting through to them. They've raised their prices frequently over the last few years. They rarely gave us notice that they were coming when they had said that they would do so, because of this often times they wouldn't be able to do the inside of the house. They spent very little time at our house and I have a feeling they didn't do a very thorough job."
