  • 663 Exteriors LLC
Very pleased with 663 exteriors. Not only were we very happy with their work, but they also went to bat for us with the insurance company, who didn't find it necessary to pay for what they should have. Thankfully, the insurance agreed after 663 exteriors had spoken with them. Their work is very precise and well done, and we are very pleased with how "Jimmy" asked us exactly what we were hoping for, and kept us informed with exactly what he had planned, at exactly every moment. Met with us often, and kept in touch with us every time a decision had to be made. Thank you 663 exteriors. Very happy with your work. Mike and Lisa

Hail cause damage to the plastic wall covering beneath the coping on my pool. Suttle had to remove concrete coping blocks, rework and replace fiberglass pool wall caps, then relay the coping blocks. While this was a very dirty job, the end result is a completely restored pool coping.

He was amazing to work with and very responsive. All of the subcontractors he used were very professional and very polite to be around. I would not use anyone else for any future projects.

On April 11, 2012 I arrived at our family vacation home to find that a very large branch from the 250 year old oak tree in the back yard had fallen on and crushed the roof of the 1978 addition to our 100 year old vacation home. At the time I was at a loss as to how to proceed. A friend who is a year round resident of the community said Raymond was working around the corner and went to get him. Within a half hour Raymond arrived, assessed the situation and said that as soon as the tree was removed he would send a crew to seal to roof. His crew arrived the next morning and tarped the damaged areas, determined that the house was safe to live in and conferred with the insurance adjuster. A bid was prepared, submitted to the insurance company and approved. Working around his preplanned schedule and with our blessing (the roof was very well tarped, no leaks) Raymond waited till the middle of May, after the rest of the tree was removed, to begin tearing off the damaged roof and completely rebuilding said roof. Raymond's Lakeside foreman, Kevin was at the site everyday until the job was done. Work was beautifully done, you cannot tell there was ever any damage

  • Berlin Construction
home. Berlin came in the same day, pulled people off of other less pressing jobs, and repaired the house even better than the first time. After that experience we recommended Berlin to 2-3 friends ( with some trepidation) because we knew that these people were very discriminating buyers and could be challenging to impress. Thankfully Berlin again came through with flying colors and both of our referral people were VERY impressed with houses much bigger and more complicated than our Williamsburg-style home. Since then we have seen them do commercial jobs, remodeling, and work for many other people. Everyone with whom we have talked raves about their honesty, communication skills, and their tremendous pride of workmanship. Berlin's staff and workers remain friends of ours, have done other jobs for us ( an add on porch, remodeling my dental office, etc.) and continue to be busy. Would not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again. It is refreshing to find such honest craftsmen that value their work and their customers' wishes

Dave's group is still working on the project but he is very responsive and very dependable. He actually answers your emails in a prompt manner as well as your phone calls. I would recommend him to anyone!!

  • Berlin Construction
from start to finish the experience was a dream. We explained what we wanted and they followed through to the "T".....they even suggested some things that we did not think of and their suggestions were fantastic. we have had our house looked at by an architect that builds multi-million dollar homes and he said he could not believe the quality and the workmanship of our builder
The building process was detailed. We were somewhat overwhelmed at all the details and decisions we were required to make. This was the first house we had ever built so we were very naive as to the process.

However, after he came out, I didn't hear back from him. I called and called and didn't hear back. Then he showed up out of the blue, took some measurements and said he'd get back with me. Again, I called and called, but I didn't hear back from him. He was very knowledgeable, but he never got back with me

  • K & C Construction
Avoid K & C Construction out of Lorain OH & Wakeman Ohio at all costs if you value your home or your money! They agreed to tear off our old roof, replace any damaged wood, replace soil stacks and chimney flashing, install ridge vents, and install new lifetime shingles, as well as repair an area of damaged ceiling drywall in the living room where there had been a leak, and to then paint the entire room (ceiling and walls). They were also paid to replace a small area of damaged vinyl siding on one side of the house as well as re-shingle a shed, All of this was agreed to in late November 2019 Work did begin in November 219. However, he tore the shingles off our home the week of Thanksgiving 2019 and as of 5/18/20, my home is still only partially re-shingled, with 1/2 of it having no shingles installed at all. Because of the state of the roof being only partially completed for the whole of the winter and spring thus far, multiple NEW leaks and basement flooding that did not exist before have formed causing significant damage to our home. It has been constant promises to complete the work and countless excuses for no-shows to complete the work for 6 months now. It is one broken promise after another and one feeble excuse after another for why he cannot complete the work. He has also done the same to our neighbors home, who's shingles were removed in January 2020 and there is still not one single shingle installed as of 5/18/20, as well as removal of a toilet he was supposed to replace in Jan 202 that is yet to be re-installed.. And the same pattern of excuses for why it cannot get done and broken promises to be there to complete the work has been demonstrated. Do not pay this man or his company any money in advance, or until the work has been completed, or you will dread the day you enter into a business relationship with them
