Our sister’s metal roof was painted ensuring a number of years of use without problems. Our gutters were cleaned and most important out siding was replaced that was damaged by a tree a number of years ago. We had sought out other service providers to repair the siding, but no one ever followed up. Most house siding is 4” but ours is 4 ½”, harder to find. Travis and his wife made calls and search to find siding that would work on our house. While it took a little time, they did not give up. After a number of years of tattered siding, thanks to their efforts, our house siding is renewed

    I did a Google search which led me to contact Tim Myatt, owner of Reflections Window Cleaning & Services. I checked out a few other websites of potential candidates but Tim's website at www.reflectionswindowcleaning.info was the reason I reached out to him. His website I feel is outstanding! It's informative, easy to follow and overall professionally done. Based upon everything about his website, I felt that he must care about his business and how he presents himself and his business. I was right, he was as professional as his website led me to believe he would be. I spoke with him on the phone and my husband met him when he came to the house and definitely recommend Reflections Window Cleaning & Services

    Called on a Tuesday and he came out on a Friday. Said he would be at least 3 weeks to do the work, no problem. He also stated he just purchased a restaurant so he was very busy. No problem. He said he'd call Monday with a quote. By Wednesday, I called him to see if he had the quote, he answered the phone as if he wasn't happy to hear from me, stated he hadn't even looked at it and would do so tonight and call me later this evening. I asked if I would receive a call later that evening, to make sure I heard him correctly, and he said yes and hung up. That was the last I heard from him. His ad states if he can't do the job, or would prefer not to do the job, he would let you know and even suggest someone else. Him avoiding calling was a complete waste of 2 weeks of my time and highly unprofessional. I hope this does not reflect a representation of how he intends to serve his new customer base at his restaurant

    Shane went above and beyond with his help from start to finish. I called him because a couple years ago , he came out to check a leaking roof at my daughter's that same day. It was a cold wintry day but he came anyway. He was able to get the repair done quickly and efficiently. Fast forward a couple years and I remembered his name when I was selling a home and was told I would need to replace the roof.     Contacted them in early summer as a referral from a friend. Was disappointed at first because I received no response. Then, at the end of the summer, I got a text saying they were going to be in the area and they could give me a quote within the week. I didn't realize that they only worked in Columbus area a couple weeks a year. I set up the estimate appointment and, not only did they come on time, but they were better priced then the local company that someone else had told me about. They were able to get our work done the following week. They were very professional and worked quickly. They cleaned the outside and inside windows, as well as the screens, which is an extra that you can add on. They looked awesome when they were done and no mess left behind to clean up after them. The only thing you have to consider with them is that they are from out of town and only come to the Columbus for a couple of weeks to work in as many as they can. So, if you need window cleaning (and I heard they also can powerwash your house) at a certain time, you may have to wait till they are in town. It was no big deal for us as long as it got done. I will definitely stay on their list of regulars
