The owner, Mike, and salesman, Dana, were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel any sort of pressure. Mike even traveled the 90-ish minutes to my home to take the final measurements for each window to make sure everything was done right. When it came time for installation, the crew (shout out to Ryan, Dean, Eric, Colby, Will, Luke and Tyler) was on time, personable, and treated my home with respect. they did an excellent job with clean-up as well! I am beyond satisfied with my new windows and I finally get to enjoy looking out my sunroom's windows to see my backyard. Overall, Radiant Windows by far exceeded my expectations and without a doubt, I recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows replaced!"

Each person knew exactly what they were supposed to do and worked well as a team. They showed great care in covering the floors to avoid tracking. They removed the old windows, prepared openings for the new windows & installed them. They cleaned up very well when the job was completed. They showed us how to clean the windows and explained the security feature for leaving the windows open a little.
