Although we are still left with the stains, I was very impressed with Blake's promptness and HONESTY!!! I expected to pay a fee for his time, but he didn't even charge me to look at the carpet. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material.
