"We hired Windows Direct to replace all the windows in our home. The process from start to finish was easy. The sales guy listened to our concerns and requests. He also answered any questions we had and helped us to get to the right windows for us. Once the install was scheduled the team that came out was Steve and Chris. Both were very professional, communicated as to what they were doing and cleaned up before they left. Would definitely recommend Windows Direct to anyone researching window replacements."

"great work, respectfull crew. Only issue was they didn't clean up outside well enough. Had flat tires from screws left in driveway and found broken (old) glass in my flower bed. Minor but crutial."

"Great Company. Fast Efficiant work. Shawn the Window Technician was great, and Devan who was helping him install and we learned that he was actually a Production Manager. Both were great. The completed all of our windows. 7 standard, and a picture window in less than two days. Great company. Great customer service. Shawn,Devan, and Lauren were all amazing."

"Nate gave a great presentation and did not try to sell us a higher priced product we didn't need - which impressed me. Their price was very fair and the job was done very quickly and the job site left clean when done. I would have given them an overall A, but was enable to due to a very small, easily corrected problem. After the installation I noticed that they failed to finish the caulking of one of the windows in our bedroom. I called and spoke to Nate and he said he would have someone stop out. I told him there was no rush - they can wait until they are in the area. Several weeks passed and I never heard from anyone. So I called Nate again and let him be aware of it and he said he would follow up with someone. Well this was never done. That is why I gave a low rating for Responsiveness. This would only take a matter of a few seconds to complete; a very minor thing, but it should have been taken care of. Very disappointing after an otherwise very positive experience with this company."

"We had all of our windows replaced and a sliding glass door. The team was professional, courteous and punctual. They answered all of my questions. The crew leader identified an issue with the frame of one the windows, something I would not have noticed but he was honest about it so we can get it fixed. He demonstrated how to operate the windows and the sliding glass door. I was impressed with how clean they left things. They made sure no material or trash was left behind when then they were done. They finished in the two day time period they quoted me. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that is in the market for new windows. They did a great job. Ask for Dallas’s crew!!"

"Amazing company. We needed 13 windows re-screened and had the hardest time finding a company willing to do the job. Tim didn t hesitate and was willing to take the job. He was easy to communicate with and the work was top notch! We will contact this company again whenever we need anything at all done. He shared pictures of recent remodels of kitchens and baths that were gorgeous! They do it all!"

"Champion only does siding for entire homes...no smaller projects. Home Advisor does not make this distinction and it caused both of us a lot of wasted time and effort."

"QUICK TO COME GIVE US A QUOTE, PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DID THE WORK AS PROMISED, CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY ONCE IT WAS DONE, AND ASKED US TO MAKE SURE AND CALL THEM BACK IN 6 MONTHS TO ADJUST THE WALL BRACES."

"Our installer was detail oriented and efficient. The entire process was effortless on our part from measuring the windows through the actual replacement. Would highly recommend this company."

"I hired Hinnenkamp Glass to make a special piece for my parents. Jake was nothing short of professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. His craft work is exceptional and I look forward to working with his company again!"
