All was done as expected but wrapping up the furniture with plastics

“All My Sons” movers were conscientious with my furniture, floors and walls. They were pleasant and courteous during the whole move (even with the extra king size bedroom set that needed to be moved to the second floor). They took their time and did things very professional. My movers were: Malique Starr, Tayeshean Jackson and Mark Bryant. Believe them to be reasonably priced compared with other local movers. Would recommend “All My Sons” and use them again as needed for any move. K. Moon

Customer service was great and the 4 workers they sent to move me went above an beyond to reassure me that my move would be quick and smooth with no worries. They were very mannerable I can't remember them by name but if I was going to move again I will definitely be using this company as well as requesting those 4 workers Thanks again Angi's list

The driver ran into the side of the house that I was moving out of first thing. Not my house, did not really care. In my new house, they would not put my futon bed back together. They did not have the right tools to do the job.

This was the most disorganized, awful movement I have ever had. I hired them to get a piano, a treadmill, an elliptical, 3 beds, 3 couches and some boxes. They showed up without any tools or method of moving the piano. They were unable to move the treadmill, which my boyfriend and son got down the stairs with no problem. I had to remove the stair rail to one side, and they still could not get it. They required me to disconnect ANYTHING with electrical connections. True, that is in the fine print of their What to expect section of the contract, yet I have never had to do that on any move, and I have had 15 + moves. Upon arriving at the new place, they only reassembled 1 of 3 beds and 1 of 3 couches because they left tools at the old house. I finally just told them to leave because what should have taken 4 hours took 7. I reached out to give the company feedback and no one seemed interested. I left a message for the manager, who never returned my call. I hired another company the next day to get the piano, an additional $675. They were fantastic !!! They were very professional and when they saw my new home they said, They left it like this and offered to put together another couch for me. Do not ever hire this company.

I found this company on Angi. Needed a quick response and hire time. They were quick to respond by text and email. Gave a great quote, able to accommodate in our time frame. The 2 men who showed up, Tony and Zach went above and beyond in every way. They were very patient and compassionate towards my elderly mother, who was bring moved. They moved quickly, were very efficient and helpful. These two guys worked there butts off and knew their job and customer service. They unloaded the truck into a storage unit and did an awesome job packing that, efficiently. We are forever grateful for their time and effort, but especially how they treated my mother, like she was their own. I highly recommend this company and these 2 hard workers. They don't make'm like that anymore!!

I was significantly overcharged. I called and went line by line through the bill and said the difference was easily $400. The company reduced by $100, I then went to American Express and took them through the entire bill and they settled the dispute in my favor, crediting my account with $300. to bring it to the $400 overbilling that I had brought to the attention of All My Sons. I would advise everyone NOT to do business with them.

I contracted this company to move my belongings. I was told one thing by the person who booked my move. When the movers arrived for the job what I expected was not what I got. The individuals who packed and loaded my belongings were very friendly and worked to get the job done. I found out the operations team changed the composition of the moving team. I had to rent an additional 10 X 20 storage unit and move what did not fit on their truck myself. When I received my belongings, a lot of the boxes were crushed; my books were just thrown into boxes. I was not impressed.

First off the estimate was high for the job they were hired to do, I was moving from a condo in Mason to one in Loveland with an elevator. I prefer to not have a lot of possessions but most of what I do have was planning on moving myself so I could ensure there would be no damage incurred. The estimator insisted on including everything in the estimate anyway, of course. The weekend before the move, my daughter and my son in law and I moved ALL smaller boxes and ALL fragile items ourselves, so there were very few boxes. Most of my furniture is not large or heavy so we figured we would cut the estimate for the move in half at least, especially if there were going to be 3 movers with the use of an elevator. Also, almost everything had been prepped for the move beforehand to cut time for the movers. Want to talk as slow as MOSES! These guys were outrageous. Only one was in the condo moving things in, the other 2 stayed outside the entire time... I was busy managing everything the inside guy was doing and it was impossible for me to get outside to see what they were doing as the guy inside blocked the damned elevator... and no, I did NOT have it reserved!!! So for all the work my family and I did over the weekend, I got a whole $200 knocked off the bill. Then, I found one of my patio chairs (very heavy cast iron, expensive!!!) in the dumpster with the back legs broken off!!! How the hell did that even happen. They took my stepstool with them and when I called to get it back sent me a pic of it, said they would get it back to me the next morning (and the morning after that) and I am still waiting. I have called, e-mailed, numerous times, and I am still waiting. The next step is to file a claim with BBB and or talk to my attorney. Never hire these shysters. And to think I tipped these idiots. Shady organizations act shady and do not respond to customer complaints even when you send them pictures. Geez.

Came to unload our furniture without a dolly? My husband unloads 1/2 of the truck.. we spent 2000.00.
