"I paid $62000 to have my roofs repaired - not cheap for a disabled person. Hopefully, thei dropping the ball is not because Im disabled. They removed but did not properly reattach my ATT line to detached garage. Also, there was a fluke rainstorm about 1-1/2 weeks ago and i heard a dripping sound in / near chimney. I complained and Brent Eikanas their contact promised to have supervisor here to check leak TODAY between 10-11 am and anchor the ATT connection like it was before they removed it. They no-showed AGAIN. I had to remind them of other items they needed to do to finish/using my payment as leverage - removing the old gutter all the way - they had only half-way removed it. I have photos and next winter will have to video and record leak in/near fireplace. I had to start documenting because phone call is useless. The workers left nails and some trash too and on Cinco de Mayo, their last day here, they did two structures in 4 hours,"

We are a full build, general contractor, offering elite customer service and build, we specialize in decks, patios, pergolas, roof structures, hardscapes, exc!
"It did not go at all. Opening note: I would give zero stars, but that was not an option. My wife and I are/were interested in expanding/reconfiguring our existing deck and therefore sought out several contractors from which to obtain estimates. Estridge bubbled to the top. I called them to ask a few questions about their services and to schedule a day/time for a representative from Estridge to visit our home in order to gather the necessary info required to compile an estimate. They were running 3-4 weeks on scheduling, which was expected. In the meantime my wife and I spent several hours researching what we wanted, colors, material options, design elements, etc. We wanted to be prepared for the meeting in order to maximize everyone's time. The rep from Estridge arrived on-time to the scheduled appointment. All good up to this point. At the end of the meeting I asked the rep from Estridge what the next steps would be. The rep explained in detail how their internal estimate creation and review process worked and that she expected to have our estimate to us in about 2.5 weeks. 3 weeks came and went, so I called the same number (directly from their website) I used to make the original appointment. No answer, so I left a message. After about 3 days of not receiving a return call, I decided to email them using the 3 contact emails listed on their website. No response after another 3 days. I than texted the rep that came to our house. They responded in a few hours that they were in the field today and would be back in the office at which time they would be able to provide an update. Another week guys by and nothing. So, I decide to text every number listed on their website. I received a response back from Chad or Chris Estridge who apologized for the delay, made a few excuses about people being out of the office, then asked us if it was ok that they were booked through spring 2021 and did we still want an estimate. Yes was our answer. He said we would send us an estimate by the end of the following week. That week came and went so I emailed them all again. Crickets. I get paid by the hour, took 3 hours out of my day to make the original appointment, which is 3 hours I did not get paid. It's unfortunate, that Estridge carpentry does not respective or value the time of their customers (potential customers who would be spending tens of thousands of dollars with them). If the fact that they made 3 commitment on 3 different occasions to provide us with an estimate and failed to meet any of those commitments. Not just failed but, did not even have the respect to call us and let us know they were running behind. I would not recommend using Estridge Carpentry."

If you have a problem with your window, such as broken glass, minor leaks, or a problem with your window being stuck, repairing the broken part might be a cheaper option than replacing the entire window. However, if you have a deteriorating window frame or major leaks, buying a new window will be the better long-term solution.
Window replacement can become costly, especially if you’re replacing your whole home. There are a few steps you can take to help save money on the bottom cost while still giving your windows a facelift.
Replace multiple windows at once to bundle your purchase
Inquire about discounts, coupons, or special offers
Consider window repair as soon as you see damage to help prevent the need for replacement
Maintain your windows often by inspecting your windows for drafts, leaks, and cracks
There are certain window repairs that are cost-effective to DIY and relatively simple for homeowners to tackle themselves. Tasks like replacing a screen, replacing a lock, or sealing a window are typically under $30 and take minimal time to do yourself. However, if you need to replace your window or repair a broken double pane, it’s best to call in a professional window replacement installer to lend a hand. Replacing the majority or all of the windows in your home is a time consuming job and best left to a professional.
Window replacement costs between $180 and $410 per window, or an average of $280 per window. However, your specific replacement job could cost as little as $100 or as much as $750. Factors such as frame material, the number of windows you need, and the type of glass you order all impact the overall cost. For example, simple double-glazed windows will cost $3 to $6 per square foot, but the stronger tempered glass ranges from $12 to $14 per square foot.
The time it takes to replace a window is a total of four to 15 weeks. This time includes your initial consultation, appointments for measuring, as well as ordering and manufacturing your windows. For a smaller job, you can expect the total timeline to be on the shorter end, but for a whole house window replacement, it might take longer (or be split into multiple install appointments). Once your windows are created and ready to be installed, your window installer will take 30 to 60 minutes per window to install.
