When I complained, manager sent a 2nd tech who was competent and professional to complete work. Quoted prices are excessive (lump sum) giving impression work is more difficult than it really is. "We had a serious water problem in our finished basement caused by the previous owner ignoring and covering things up prior to sale. We ended up needing to have the whole basement redone, and I wanted to make sure it was done right. EverDry came in with a great price and completed the job in less than a week, including both outdoor (waterproofing) and inside work (drainage channels, sump pump, air filtration). Everyone was very professional and made sure they explained what was being done and what we could expect. We have had only one major issue since this work was performed about 7 years ago which had to do with the sump pump - it took a few visits to isolate the issue, but they were able to replace the part(s) that were causing a problem - a float and a control panel - and all was covered under warranty. I believe they even replaced the battery for me since the other problems had caused the battery to drain more quickly and expire prematurely. I love the fact that they have a renewable warranty ($75 per year) and all work is covered. Everyone is always super helpful and friendly whenever I've needed to call with any questions."

"They were very, very good and I have nothing but good things to say about them. It has been absolutely trouble-free. I have had zero problems with water in the basement since then. They gave me the estimate in April 2009 and did the work that June. I would absolutely have them do it again. Their price was really good. I had another bid that was thousands more than their quote. I only got two bids and this one was way less. I saved a lot of money by going with this company and it was absolutely perfect. They did a nice job on the pump installation and they put in a battery backup system. My basement had some pretty bad leaks and it has rained a lot since then. I check it and it has been bone dry. I can tell when the pump comes on if I am downstairs and I can also see the pipe discharge where it pumps out. On a rainy day it will come on every two minutes and it is actually working pretty well. Everything they did was excellent. The people were nice and it only took them two days. The salesman was very courteous. He was out here when he said he would be. He met me somewhere else one day to transact some papers. Everything they said they would do, they did when they said they would do it. It couldn't have been any better. I would definitely use them again."
