We have been met with deception, bordering on fraud, regarding the timeline and dates when you were going to complete the work. This is unacceptable. We have been nothing but communicative about our zoning challenges and timeline. After 60+ days, we have holes in the ground – and a dangerous situation for our pets and visitors – if they were to venture close to the road. We have also been in contact with other victims who have reached out to us on Facebook – who have detailed their difficulties and dissatisfaction in working with them– each having paid for services without progress on the job. At this time, we are requesting a refund of our payment in full, in the amount of $8000. Please respond to this letter at your earliest convenience."
