"Sam responded quickly to schedule the appointment online and then confirmed a contact phone number with me.  On the day of the appointment, he phoned about a half hour before the scheduled time and said he was on his way.  He arrived on time and promptly set to finding out where the thermostat, furnace, and A/C unit were located.  He wore covers over his shoes when walking on my hardwood floors (something not a lot of folks do, and appreciated!).  He hooked up his hose to clean out the unit and hooked mine back up after he was done.  He gave my unit a clean bill of health (at this time, which is a standard disclaimer expected by anyone on a unit that is aging), had me sign the paperwork, and went on his way to his next client.  Sam was very polite, congenial, contientious, and efficient.  I read good reviews when I purchased the deal online and now I can concur with others who have used his services previously.  Thank you Sam for a good experience!

"I would give more stars if I could. He went out of his way to help me with my AC and my furnace. He was able to come out the same day and fix my AC. He found a good deal for the parts that I needed for my furnace, and he came back and was able to fix it as soon as he had everything that he needed. We had our 24 y/o system upgraded to a high efficiency, 2 stage, Trane system. Our old 2-ton system was too small to make our 2 story home comfortable. Logan installed a 3-ton A/C unit, & had to replace some old, smaller duct work, as ours was not equipped to handle the new system properly. The install took 2 days since the duct work was needed.
