Robert initially worked with us on our replacement projects. He was punctual, reliable and works very hard to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Angela stopped by and oversaw the project the day of installation and answered all of our questions during the installation with members of the installation team. The installation team worked very diligently and completed all of our replacements in about 5 to 6 hours. The installation team works exclusively under the Window Depot USA of Youngstown umbrella, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. "The owner Gary M. was great to work with...called him and he was at my house the next day. No pressure, just fair and honest. You can tell within a few minutes if you are going like a saleman's tactics as I had 5 prices from the big window companies. His prices were a lot less than the big companies and I got a better window. About 8 weeks later the installers were at my house...installation is just as important as the quality of the windows and these three guys were a well-oiled machine...meticulous and detailed. The one installer said he has been installing windows for Home Exteriors for 31 years, which made me fell at ease. That was the summer of 2018...now 2 years later we still love our windows and would recommend you get a price from Home Exteriors...it will be worth a call."
