"I am a realtor and would recommend this company for any real estate termite/pest inspections.
They have an entomologist on staff are professional and provide a professional WBI report.
Inspected home with possible infestation by powder post beetles.  Determined there was no active inspection.
Found inactive pest activity missed by home inspector and wrote report indicating that no treatment was necessary and
gave detailed description why.
There was an evident inactive infestation in new flooring.  Lumber Liquidators would not provide provide on-site inspection of defective product.   Called 2 local companies that would not take call, had another competitor inspect the floor verbally tell me there was no active infestation but would not document the statement without a 500.00 treatment.  Yet another company told me that the treatment could stain hardware, damaging the new hardwood floor.
Best of all there service price was 25% less than the inspector that would not provide a report.

"I originally called for squirrel removal. When the company came to inspect the situation, it rained & they couldn’t finish. They wanted to reschedule, but after telling them my concerns that the animals might be raccoons, they informed me that they did not handle that animal. But, if I needed them for other pest control, I could get in touch with them."

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

Like many pests, fleas hide in dark, sheltered areas, including in the bed. They will seek out crevices in a mattress, so they have easy access to their hosts (you and your pets) as well as somewhere that is warm and hidden. You may also find fleas hiding in carpeting and other furniture.

Roaches won’t sting your pets and don’t have venom like spiders do , but they present other dangers. Cockroaches are notorious carriers of diseases like salmonella and parasites like tapeworms. Because they’re so dirty, their bites (otherwise harmless) can also get infected. You don’t want your pets chasing and trying to eat cockroaches, or sleeping near a roach infestation.

Water bugs won’t actively chase you, but they earned the nickname “toe-biters” for good reason. Water bugs are highly defensive. They typically rest an inch or so below water, waiting for prey. But if they feel threatened by a human that gets close, they may inject the person with a harmless venom from their legs, which may feel like a bite.

It takes a few weeks to get rid of roaches in the kitchen for a small infestation, as the cockroaches will need to take the bait back to their nest to infect the others. For larger infestation, you may need to schedule multiple professional treatments, which could take several weeks or up to 6 months to get rid of the roaches fully.

Yes, humans carry fleas. Although fleas are primarily associated with dogs and cats, they are attracted to the warmth and carbon dioxide of mammals, including humans. The difference is that most fleas will only choose animals as their hosts. They may bite humans, but they don’t tend to stick around on humans for long. The one exception is the Pulex irritans, also called the human flea, which prefers human blood.
