Such friendly and caring people, abundantly fair pricing. Got an appointment quickly for ground bees/yellow jackets living under my front porch after getting stung and having a pretty nasty reaction to it. Tried OTC remedies, but did not eliminate them, and I was scared to use my front porch or even mow/weed whack around it for fear of getting stung again. They were highly recommended by 2 friends, and when I saw the Angie's list reviews as well, I was sold. They came out and sprayed in the cracks in the concrete on my porch, knocked out abandoned nests in the shutters around my front door and also searched around the rest of the property. Found another area where the wicked little creatures were living and took care of that nest too. I haven't seen one since, and if I do, they told me I just need to call back. I will most definitely use for any future extermination needs and highly recommend to others as well! A+++++

Very well. He arrived about 45 minutes early, which was fine. I need to call and schedule caulking done where he sprayed.

After setting traps, 6 squirrels were removed and relocated. The tech then patched up where they were getting in and advised on some preventative repairs.

The bee problem was severe and long lasting. Ryan came out three times before he found all the hives. He was really persistent. Didn’t charge me extra for the extra visits. He just wanted the problem solved. I have used this company before and absolutely would again.

Went great. Ryan showed up 2 minutes ahead of schedule, inspected the area around the sink where I was having issues, and got to work. Treated both the inside and outside of my house, and even a tree that was infested in my backyard! Gave me instructions to make sure the treatment was effective, and took the time to answer all my questions.

We have not had any issues with Ants or Bees since we started using Akron Pest control a few years ago. They are thorough and professional. The formula they use is pet and child safe.

Inspected for mice (didn’t have any) and other pests. Went ahead and had spraying done for centipedes. Very professional, very nice, easy to work with and good price. Will defiantly use again.

We had a raccoon get into the ceiling of our family room. Akron Pest Control came out, set up trap, and captured and removed the animal on first day. Turns out the raccoon was a female and gave birth to 4 kits that were in the ceiling (we could hear them after mommy was captured and removed). We contacted the office and Rodger came out on Friday late afternoon. There is no attic above this part of ceiling so no easy access. After several attempts to find the kits from hole in siding with camera, and small holes drilled into ceiling with camera, we had to cut a very small opening in ceiling. With that, and not sure how he did this, Rodger lifted himself up into the ceiling (with only a couple feet of head space between ceiling and roof), and somehow found the kits and removed them with the help of Brian (another Akron Pest Control employee who showed up to assist). These guys really did an outstanding job and I would use them in the future (hopefully I won't have to) and I certainly would recommend them. It was like they took it as a personal challenge to find the kits and solve the problem. Thank you so much for the first rate service!

The Tech at this company come into my residence and harassed my lady to the point that she was crying when she told me. For example: “I would take that for a ride”, “do you have any naked pics on your phone”, “how about you put something on the next time I come over”. After she called the owner and made him aware he simple place the tech off work for three days and let him back on the job after “revoking bonuses”. Any responsible own would have taken that call and perminatly terminated the tech. This tech will still be out there in your house possibly alone in your house. REALLY don’t trust this company or their desisions. Stay safe Angie’s list users and steer clear of this company.

They do an excellent job and we have absolutely no complaints. They are pet safe and child safe. We would highly recommend them to anyone and we will continue to use them.

Very well. Roger came out and did a thorough check outside and in the house. He set traps and was very helpful with information and explaining what needed to be done. It took several weeks, but was very successful. He always came on the day that was scheduled and was always on time. we would highly recommend this company.

The person that came to do the job was extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated that all chemicals used were human and pet friendly.

Went well. Dave was very thorough in checking out all possible activity areas and he put out traps for the ones that had left droppings. Gave specific instructions on what to do from here on.

Akron Pest Control found and removed ant hill in yard, sprayed entire house perimeter, and sprayed interior areas on the floor where ants were commonly spotted. The treatment was completely successful and we’ve been ant free ever since.
