The installer was extremely neat and arrived on time which I appreciated. I hate when workers arrive late to the job and you're stuck waiting. He did an awesome job, too! No mess to clean up after him, either, which was nice. Very happy with the product, so far. The only reason I'm giving it a slightly lower mark for the value is because it is a bit costly. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

I dug out the paperwork and realized there was a small yearly renewal fee that I should have paid to keep the warranty valid, and I thought I was out of luck. The woman I spoke with was very understanding and agreed to let me catch up on the warranty and sent someone out the same day to take care of the whole mess and replace our sump pump with a brand new one. I highly recommend keeping up with their yearly warranty. It's affordable and doesn't go up yearly like I've heard other companies do. We had to have them out recently when our drainage system got clogged and they stood by the warranty and provided friendly and fast service with no additional hidden costs."
