"The sales person was professional and was knowledgeable on work that needed done. The price in the end was competitive with other companies. The technicians were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and respected my property. The boiler installers seemed to go the extra step to make sure it all met code. The only downfall was the technician who installed the water heater, let solder run down into the water inlet causing the heater to starve for water. The next day they sent new techs out to fix and install new pipe. Still, a pain when I had to have someone home for 4 hours until they fixed something that should've been installed and tested BEFORE the technician left. I should've gotten a credit off my price for this inconvenience, especially when my spouse lost time at work to stay home."

He installed a filter that I'd already bought, checked the April Air humidifier and filter. Everything checked out OK. The technician was friendly and personable as was the one who came last year. "we were provided with different price options. no detailed explantation of difference of the price options and systems were offered. we picked out a price in the range we were considering. no literature or written proposal were offered. i had to call the office later to find out the model of the furnace and a/c unit we would be buying. after checking the model out on the manufacturers website, i found it to be a single stage furnace and a/c unit. we were able to buy a two stage system for only a few hundred dollars more from a competitor."

"The installation took only one day and a few hours the next day. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well protected as they worked. Did a great job of cleaning up afterwards also. I love my new mini split system. I kept my temperature at 74° this summer and it cooled my entire first floor plus the dehumidification was extremely effective. Now I just turned on the mini split heat function so that I do not yet have to crank up my boiler. It is very effectively and quickly taking the chill out of my first floor living area. I am a very happy customer! I used to use two window air conditioners, one in my living room and the other in my dining room. My electric bill while running my new mini split air conditioner nonstop was almost half of what my electric bill was the last year! Once again I am a very satisfied customer and I wish I had called Gorjanc a few years ago!"

"The first furnace they installed was extremely high tech. I was not satisfied with the length of time it took to heat my home. They sent someone (or a group of people) to the house three times to get it working to my satisfaction. When it wasn't happening, they talked to me and suggested a different furnace that did not have the variable cycling. It was more basic. They came in, removed the one I didn't like and installed a new one. They refunded the difference in price. I loved the new furnace. I have used Kasidonis for plumbing and for heating & cooling. One of the things I love about the company is that they treat the customer like the most important person in the world. They want their customers to be happy and satisfied. I will continue using their services and recommend them highly to all of my family and friends and anyone else reading this review.
