"Really well. We needed a half split system as we have a 100 + year old house with a boiler and required air conditioning for health reasons. We didn’t want to have to deal with window air conditioners or removing the boiler system to replace with a forced air system; the half split was the best choice. Sal’s had the most reasonable bid and was very prompt in scheduling and installing. Every person we dealt with from Sal’s was professional, kind and had wonderful senses of humor. "Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "We belong to the comfort club and have the units serviced 2 times per year. This year the whole house system did not pass testing and could not be charged up with coolant. We anticipated replacement previously so this was no surprise. To be honest, I was dreading this day, but to my pleasure I am very happy we did this work.
Roy Anderson came out and made a quote. He offered several systems. We selected a higher end system. The equipment manufacturer was offering a rebate and we also got discounts and energy credit. The transition was seamless and finished in one day. They removed the old and took it away as the new one was installed. Absolutely no mess or inconvenience to us. They also helped set up the city inspection to follow. Courteous and nice. The A/C unit is virtually silent when running. The house is around 2600 sq ft and cooled very fast ( a good thing since this is the heat of July). They added a one yr freebie to our comfort club membership."

"I called Advanced Air solutions when I first found him on Angie's List because of his A status and the reviews as well. The reviews outside of Angie's were great as well and I see why. When I first spoke with him over the phone I felt like it was weird that I first got Mark the Owner and not an assistant or something. I told him that I was interested and wanted an estimate and we set up a date that he was at a job that morning but could pull strings to run over and do one. I was kinda worried that the man I spoke to wouldnt remember what we talked about on the phone because he is so busy, BOY WAS I WRONG! Mark shows up and comes in and answers everything that I wanted to know and more and checks things out to make sure he has his grounds covered when he would come back for install. It was quick and simple and he only stayed a lil longer because I offered him a cup of coffee and we spoke a lil on Hvac. Mark has a passion beyond HVAC and  its with people and doing the right thing the first time.  He will be my go to guy for the future. Thanks Mark and Scott!!!!

"We got an estimate from a Cleveland company to replace boiler for 1200 lower apartment. ($9600) Wow! Gorjanc was our second opinion since I assumed that as “boiler experts”, they would be much more. They installed for $8,000. Saved us $1,600. The install, of course, is perfect! John Gorjanc, owner, knows his business!!!"

"The first furnace they installed was extremely high tech. I was not satisfied with the length of time it took to heat my home. They sent someone (or a group of people) to the house three times to get it working to my satisfaction. When it wasn't happening, they talked to me and suggested a different furnace that did not have the variable cycling. It was more basic. They came in, removed the one I didn't like and installed a new one. They refunded the difference in price. I loved the new furnace. I have used Kasidonis for plumbing and for heating & cooling. One of the things I love about the company is that they treat the customer like the most important person in the world. They want their customers to be happy and satisfied. I will continue using their services and recommend them highly to all of my family and friends and anyone else reading this review. I don't think you will ever be disappointed working with the folks at this company. Plus- the price is competitive."
