The transition was seamless and finished in one day. They removed the old and took it away as the new one was installed. Absolutely no mess or inconvenience to us. They also helped set up the city inspection to follow. Courteous and nice. The A/C unit is virtually silent when running. The house is around 2600 sq ft and cooled very fast ( a good thing since this is the heat of July). They added a one yr freebie to our comfort club membership."

"I called Advanced Air solutions when I first found him on Angie's List because of his A status and the reviews as well. The reviews outside of Angie's were great as well and I see why. When I first spoke with him over the phone I felt like it was weird that I first got Mark the Owner and not an assistant or something. I told him that I was interested and wanted an estimate and we set up a date that he was at a job that morning but could pull strings to run over and do one. I was kinda worried that the man I spoke to wouldnt remember what we talked about on the phone because he is so busy, BOY WAS I WRONG! Mark shows up and comes in and answers everything that I wanted to know and more and checks things out to make sure he has his grounds covered when he would come back for install. It was quick and simple and he only stayed a lil longer because I offered him a cup of coffee and we spoke a lil on Hvac. "As my old furnace was dying, they were able to come out the same day to provide a quote for a new system.  They arrived on time and took the time to understand my needs, look at my current configuration, explain the various options and benefits, and provide a very competitive quote. I chose them over two other contractors, primarily because I felt that I could trust them to do a quality job.  They installed the new furnace and A/C the next day and did a very professional job.  They called the evening after the install to be sure everything was working properly and that I was happy. I had a minor issue post-install and they came out and resolved it immediately.  In dealing with them, it is easy to understand why they've won so many Angies List awards.  It is very refreshing to work with a company that not only talks about customer service, but really delivers on their promise.  I would highly recommend them!
