Sal’s had the most reasonable bid and was very prompt in scheduling and installing. Every person we dealt with from Sal’s was professional, kind and had wonderful senses of humor. "we were provided with different price options. no detailed explantation of difference of the price options and systems were offered. we picked out a price in the range we were considering. no literature or written proposal were offered. i had to call the office later to find out the model of the furnace and a/c unit we would be buying. after checking the model out on the manufacturers website, i found it to be a single stage furnace and a/c unit. we were able to buy a two stage system for only a few hundred dollars more from a competitor."

"The first furnace they installed was extremely high tech. I was not satisfied with the length of time it took to heat my home. They sent someone (or a group of people) to the house three times to get it working to my satisfaction. When it wasn't happening, they talked to me and suggested a different furnace that did not have the variable cycling. It was more basic. They came in, removed the one I didn't like and installed a new one. They refunded the difference in price. I loved the new furnace. I have used Kasidonis for plumbing and for heating & cooling. One of the things I love about the company is that they treat the customer like the most important person in the world. They want their customers to be happy and satisfied.
