"Chris with Friesen Family Renovations, LLC was very professional and thorough in the work he has completed. He installed a new screen door, replaced my tub stem and faucet, repaired my subfloor in the kitchen and installed brand new LVP flooring to replace old and water damaged flooring. He also mounted a television for me, and did some drywall repairs as well. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and dependable work!"

"Needed to have all my hardwired carbon monoxide & smoke detectors replaced. Monthly Upkeep called me and gave me an estimate and came out the next day & installed all my new detectors. It went very well, and I am happy with all my new detectors."

"Very responsive done exactly what he said he would do and finished the project on time. I will continue to use Mr Perez for all of my rental needs."

"On Thursday, the technician (David) came to my house to look at two projects: replacing a leaking electric water heater, and installing a new gas line (in my crawlspace) to my masonry fireplace so I can convert from wood to gas logs. He explained my options, and quoted prices for these options. I asked if he could do the work on the upcoming Saturday, and he scheduled this before he left! I ordered the gas tankless water heater and the gas line to my fireplace. By the way, I had 3 different plumbers look at this work, WyattWorks had the lowest prices. On Saturday David and Alex arrived early in the morning and worked past 6:30 PM to complete both jobs. The installations were great. Everything to code, and with neat, high quality workmanship and thoroughly tested. They cleaned up the work areas and hauled away my old water heater. In other words, a typical WyattWorks job."

"The technician, Andrew Prince, arrived on time, he was courteous and professional. The cleaning and maintenance of my oil furnace was thorough and performed in a timely manner. Will definitely hire again. Very happy with Andrew's service and knowledge."

"Stonewyn rebuilt our exterior stairwell concrete block retaining wall that was bulging in, cracked, and with drainage/moisture issues. This included demolition, rebuilding with new concrete blocks, installation of drainage system including pipes and gravel, and clean up. Their work exceeded expectations. The owner and crew were lighting quick in starting and completing the work, extremely knowleadgeable, professional, and friendly treating us like family. They kept us informed of progress on the project, and explained each phase. All work complied with city code requirements. Pricing was fair andreasonable. Highly recommend."

"I contacted Adam from Neatnics to inquire about his assistance in purchasing and installing 10 up-to-date smoke detectors throughout my house. The devices that had been installed in my home were not up to housing code, and also were not mounted in the proper locations throughout my house. Adam responded to my email inquiry promptly, and explained the various options that were available. This was very helpful because he did all the research for me, and I was able to make an informed decision based on my budget. Prior to selecting the appropriate equipment for my home, Adam consulted with my local fire department to make sure the devices were a brand that was recommended by the safety experts. On the day of installation, Adam walked me through each area of the house where the detectors were to be mounted to ensure that the smoke-detecting coverage would be sufficient; that the devices would not be eyesores in the rooms or hallways; and to reduce the likelihood of experiencing any nuisance alarms. He also took the time to show me how to test the devices, and replace the batteries. Adam checked back with me a week or so later to see if I had any questions about the new smoke detectors."

"After Dan kept my old system running for years, I finally needed to replace my near 30 year old geothermal system. Dan (with Nate) sourced and installed the entire system, including all plumbing and electrical. They worked hard to get it right and to get it done fast. Alpine will be my HVAC provider for everything moving forward."

"Carlos came out right away around 6 PM and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. He explained in detail things he checked and fixed, and was very professional and kind. We would definitely hire him again."
