Bert Rodriguez came to our home to give and estimate on insulation for our home and he was very knowledgeable and honest. He could have easily taken our money and we wouldn't have even known the difference. Come to find out we couldn't even get any because what we had ,had settled and he was honest enough to tell us, so if you're in need of insulation ask for Bert Rodriguez

We had retrofoam added to our interior walls to mitigate sound between bedrooms. The quoting process and scheduling the work was very quick, easy, and affordable. Initially, there were some quality issues with the drywall work that was done. However, after voicing some concerns, Dan their service manager went way above and beyond to come make things right. Couldn't be happier with their customer service and the end result of the job.

Awesome customer service! I completed the request for an estimate and Anna called me back instantly to schedule; they were extremely flexible with my schedule. BERT RODRIGUEZ showed up promptly and thoroughly explained the process. He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING-no sales hype or jargon, just straightforward and answered all of my questions (I live in a very old home). Bert walked me through the house with his infrared thermometer and showed me exactly where I was losing heat-very cool to see! Bert also worked with me to actually minimize where I wouldn't need a bit of insulation, saving me a few bucks, and showing true integrity. We also had great, humorous conversation about dogs, home costs, poison ivy and neighbors-a truly personable and lovely guy. Would recommend 12/10!

Had such a great experience with Primary Home Improvements! They scheduled our Estimate the same week I requested it, and were prompt and professional when they arrived. We're having our attic insulated (which we know is hard labor) and were very impressed with their pricing compared to the competition. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done in their home!

We just signed with Kevin to have our attic and basement insulated. Kevin was very personable and did a great job explaining what we needed and talked us through another quote we had gotten that was significantly more expensive due to more work that was said to be done when it was just overkill. He reassured us that we didn't need all the things the other quote had talked about and gave us a great price. We'll review again when they actually come and put in all the insulation!

I liked these guys from start to finish. Very friendly, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. Didn’t try to add a bunch of extra projects and expenses like other insulation contractors I spoke with. Came in with the cheapest quote too. Insulated my attic and one room.

Had a visit today from Primary Home Improvements! Great team and awesome service! We now have insulation in our attic. The guys that came today were awesome! Have you ever expected a contractor and they showed up hours later than planned. These guys were not only on time but immediately began working. They were done in plenty of time and even vacuumed leaving our home in better shape than when they arrived! We highly recommend Primary Home Improvements for your insulation needs

These guys are great. I wrote a few weeks ago about my experience so far. Today they installed blown in insulation. It took a while and they did a great job. Details and explanations of what was going on went on throughout the day. Even on top of that, they had a rough time backing in the truck and left a track on my lawn. Mike ran out and got a few bags of dirt to fill the hole. And all at a reasonable price.

I have hired them -- but work not done yet. So I gave them a 5 for the time being. The person coming to my home and reviewing the situation was thorough and showed me pictures of what is going on. We are both knowledgeable and my questions were answered they way I thought they should. I had a price in mind as I have over the years have had a lot of work done on my previous 100 year old home His price came in below what I thought and felt I didn't need to look any longer. It will be a few weeks before the work will be done - so ask me again but I feel confident that the job will be done right.

They arrived on time, it took about 2.5 hours, there is at least 18 inches or more of insulation, and I cannot wait to see the difference in the temperature in the house! Mike was excellent! He explained how the work would be done and performed the work as explained. His team was experienced and worked diligently. They also cleaned up after the work was completely. I would recommend this company !
