He quickly located that particular material which was not at his usual supplier. Most contractors would not have catered to their clients as he did. His workers showed up when they said and were neat and courteous. The flat roof took much longer than expected due to the difficulty of removing the railing, but they didn't charge more. The roofs look great and we are glad to have chosen Northeast Ohio Renovations."

Some of the things he did: planed 3 sticky doors, repaired a steel door where the layers were separating, repaired a gate opening and changed out the hardware, installed a light fixture, changed a lawn mower blade, replaced weatherstripping on garage door, re-caulked two sinks, installed a wall coat rack, several hooks and a towel bar and replaced blinds."
