"John was so great. I wasn't there for his initial estimate, but he left paperwork and a book of samples for me to look over, and followed up promptly by phone to answer any questions. I didn't like any of the colors in the sample book, so he went the extra mile and brought me more samples from a local supplier. He answered all my questions thoroughly and with great patience, and when we set a date (only about a week later), he and his team arrived promptly when he said they would. They worked quickly and along the way John took pictures and shared them with me. The whole job took about six hours. They cleaned up the garage, driveway and yard completely. The final cost was exactly the same as the estimate and I am very happy with my new roof. Thank you, John!"

"Don't be fooled by coupons :-) From the get-go the technician showed up, it was all about nickel and dimming. I did not realize that exhaust vent is not part of the deal :-) and each costed me $30 a piece (had 4 unit,  one in each bath; ( cheap new ones in home depot and lowes would have costed me $40) and $5 to seal the return vents ..Regarding Quality of work, avergage; I had a couple of vents not cleaned with old older filters and dirt left intact. Main unit and the trunk lines were untouched at the lower level. (no cuts to the filter junctions or the trunk line in to the house); when asked I was told it is not covered in the deal.same with the upper level unit in the attic... the garbage (old filters/covers were left on my garage floors (not in the bin) I had to clean them. No professional cleanup of the work done; 
I am surprised at a higher ratings at Angies. I never had a bad experience with Angies so far, esp. with the one with good reviews.
