"We came home the evening before the service was done, &amp; couldn't get our garage door to open. We discovered that one of the torsion springs had snapped (it's 16 years old).&nbsp; I called the company at about 9:00 PM &amp; left a message with their answering service. Someone from the company called back the next morning, &amp; a technician was at our house by about 1:00 PM the next day.&nbsp; Thankfully we didn't have to work that day, as my husband's car was trapped in the garage; they may have been there even sooner if we had.&nbsp; My husband was home when the service was performed, &amp; said the technician was very nice, &amp; completed the job in about an hour. <br />show more

"Overall and all said and done, I do have a very nice, good quality window now installed. As far as the $189 price, well that's a crock. No one tells you about the charge added on to every order. I guess if you were buying a larger quantity of windows it wouldn't seem so bad, as it is a flat rate. There is a lengthy sales presentation, that probably isn't necessay - I guess it's amied at up selling and company integrity (and they're reasoning to be able to add the additional charge), but when I was clear I only needed 1 window to replace for now, well I could have lived without it. I would have rather had a more concise conversation regarding pricing and just how long this process was going to take (several weeks). So with those issues aside, it is a nice window, they were prompt on scheduled appointments and work was nice and neat. <br />show more

"We called George ( I posted a queston on the Pulaski Township facebook page&nbsp; asking for a reliable and honest contractor) and he came two days later, then gave us an estimate, watched auctions for a good priced door. He determined that he&nbsp; could not do anything other than custom order, so he did ( he did not ask us to pay until the job was finished) and got the door in and came the day after it arrrived. the worked dor about 3 hours ( 3 men) to remove our old door and rebuild a door frame and install a beautiful set of French doors where an old aluminun sliding glass doors where previously.Beautiful job.show more
